Corporate Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is the glue that holds our community together and Aronson employees are passionate about the communities in which they live and work. Our employees participate in a wide variety of charitable endeavors, the most prominent of which is the Aronson Foundation, our public charity that was established in 2004 to support the community’s most important programs, and priority for grants and other financial support is given to organizations that our staff recommends. In addition to major grants, the Foundation also provides sponsorship for charitable sporting events, funds special projects and offers other assorted monetary assistance upon request.

In addition to Aronson Foundation disbursements, our staff works on several volunteer and fundraising projects to benefit charitable causes in their community throughout the year. Because financial literacy is a growing problem for today’s youth, Aronson employees work with Junior Achievement to help young people learn how to gain a basic understanding of financial topics and how they can build a successful future. Some volunteer options even count towards billable hours!
